The role involves monitoring equipment condition, implementing reliability improvement strategies, and supporting maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. * Ensure reliable operation and optimal performance of rotating equipment including gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and motors. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for rotating machinery. * Monitor equipment performance and analyze reliability data to minimize downtime and operational risks. * Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for rotating equipment failures. * Provide technical support to maintenance and operations teams for rotating equipment issues. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety procedures, and company maintenance policies. * Participate in inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance planning for rotating equipment.
