This role requires a proactive and energetic individual who is eager to learn new things and can effectively collaborate with various teams and IT Infrastructure \& Technology Manager to deliver high\-quality infrastructure solutions. **Responsibilities** * Support the design, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure systems, including on\-premises servers, Storages, networks and cloud services. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of infrastructure components meeting departmental service levels. * Manage and configure firewalls, switches, and routers to maintain network security and efficiency. * Collaborate with vendors and cross\-functional teams to identify and address infrastructure needs and challenges. * Assist in planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and migrations with minimal disruption to services. * Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures. * Provide technical support and guidance to team members and other departments/Projects. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to infrastructure systems. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3\-5 years of experience in supporting infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and cloud infrastructure security. * Must be a Bahraini citizen. **Skills** * Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of server and network configurations, virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper\-V), and storage solutions. * Networking Skills: Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security. * Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience in managing cloud infrastructure. * Monitoring and Diagnostic Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) to ensure uptime and performance. * Scripting and Automation: Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks. * Problem\-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve infrastructure\-related issues efficiently. * Documentation Skills: Ability to create and maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of infrastructure configurations and processes. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non\-technical stakeholders. * Proactive and Energetic: A proactive approach to work, with the energy and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
