We're looking for a proactive and professional Executive Secretary to support our CEO and ensure smooth executive\-level operations. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, calls, and appointments. * Organize and attend executive meetings. * Handle the CEO’s email and confidential correspondence professionally. * Prepare reports, presentations, and coordinate with internal departments. * Welcome and host VIP clients, investors, and business partners. * Follow up on delegated tasks and ongoing projects. * Arrange travel logistics for the CEO (flights, hotels, visas, etc.).
