Our integrated approach blends strategic thinking with practical execution—bringing together creativity, technical precision, and operational excellence to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. **About the Role** We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in construction project delivery to lead high\-value projects across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. **Qualifications:** . Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. . 7 years plus of project management experience, preferably in the GCC . PMP certification (preferred). . Experience in F\&B, cinemas, hospitality, retail, and resort refurbishment projects. . Strong knowledge of construction methods, local regulations, and procurement. . Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. . Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). **Key Responsibilities:** . Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. . Develop execution plans (timelines, resources, risk management) . Oversee all project phases from concept to handover. . Manage daily operations to ensure quality, cost control, and safety. . Lead procurement, tendering, contracts, and vendor coordination. . Conduct site visits and resolve issues proactively. . Review and approve technical documentation and change orders. . Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation. . Act as main point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities. .
