




**Job Summary:** Alma Kitchens is looking for a **motivated and results\-driven Outdoor Sales Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of kitchen designs and interior solutions to residential and commercial clients across Bahrain. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a passion for interiors, and the ability to build long\-term customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and approach new clients including homeowners, contractors, consultants, and developers. * Present and promote kitchen designs, materials, and solutions to potential customers. * Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide tailored design and pricing proposals. * Coordinate with the design and estimation teams to prepare quotations and follow up for closure. * Maintain excellent knowledge of products, finishes, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. * Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. * Represent Alma Kitchens professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and events. * Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in **kitchens, interiors, furniture, or building materials**. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Valid Bahrain driving license and own vehicle preferred. * Good understanding of kitchen layouts, materials, and design concepts. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. * Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and customer\-focused. * Proficiency in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage. * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in sale or a related field.
