





**Key Responsibilities:** **1\. Documentation \& Reporting** * Prepare, maintain, and update all technical and documentation. **2\. Costing \& Quotation Preparation** * Analyze service reports to prepare accurate costing sheets and quotations. * Ensure timely submission of quotations and follow\-up with clients. **3\. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Management** * Prepare and renew AMC contracts as per schedule. * Maintain a database of all AMC clients, renewal dates, and contract terms. * Prepare AMC cost estimations and proposals. * Compile necessary service and maintenance reports. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Management, or related field. * Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines. * Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
