**Job Summary:** Royal Saray Resort is seeking a talented and creative **Cake Artist** to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, baking, and decorating high\-quality custom cakes for guests and special events. You will play a key role in upholding the resort’s reputation for excellence in luxury hospitality and fine dining. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, bake, and decorate custom cakes for birthdays, weddings, events, and VIP guests according to client specifications and resort standards * Create visually stunning cakes using various techniques including fondant, sugar work, airbrushing, piping, and sculpting * Collaborate with the pastry team to develop new cake designs and seasonal offerings * Ensure all cake production meets the resort's standards of quality, taste, and presentation * Manage cake orders efficiently, including planning, ingredient preparation, and timely delivery * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cake decorating workstation and adhere to hygiene and safety standards * Stay updated with current trends in cake artistry and continuously improve creative techniques * Maintain inventory and order specialized ingredients or tools when necessary * Assist with other pastry duties as required during peak business periods **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Cake Artist or Cake Decorator in a luxury hotel, bakery, or pastry kitchen * Strong artistic and creative abilities with a portfolio of previous cake designs * Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, fondant work, sugar flowers, and other decorative methods * Ability to work on multiple orders and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality * Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence * Good communication and teamwork skills * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed * Culinary or pastry certification is preferred but not required Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: BD500\.000 \- BD800\.000 per month
