The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive instruction, a deep understanding of automotive systems and technologies, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students. ### **Responsibilities:** As the **Technical Instructor – Automotive**, your key responsibilities will include: * Providing upper management with updated training plans for relevant staff across all brands. * Conducting training needs analysis and competency assessments in collaboration with the manufacturer and, if needed, the HR Department. * Developing training courses to address identified gaps in knowledge and skills. * Delivering necessary training courses. * Continuously updating knowledge of vehicle products, technical features, servicing, and technical issues. * Attending ‘train the trainer’ courses to gain the latest information and training materials from manufacturers. * Securing approvals and communicating training plans to all relevant staff. * Coaching on diagnosis, evaluation, and fault\-finding in vehicles when required. * Assisting technicians with technical information and work processes. * Sharing skills and knowledge to develop others within the dealership. * Maintaining records of staff training activities for easy access. * Ensuring training areas are clean, organized, and free from hazards. * Advising management on training facilities, equipment needs, and health and safety concerns. * Striving to delight customers in all interactions. * Enhancing the reputation of Zayani Motors at every opportunity. ### **Qualifications:** * **Bachelor’s degree** in Automotive Engineering or a related field. * Automotive background with experience in **delivering training classes and preparing training materials**. * Proven ability to effectively **teach and motivate** students from diverse backgrounds. * Strong knowledge of **automotive systems, technologies, and diagnostic procedures**. * Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts. * Ability to work **independently and as part of a team**. * Highly **organized, detail\-oriented, and results\-driven**. ### **Benefits:** Alzayani Investments offers a competitive benefits package, including: Competitive salary and benefits package.
