HVAC team leader will primarily be responsible to guide, assist and lead the field Technicians in solving any technical problem and to ensure that all jobs are completed to the satisfaction of the customer in line with the company EH\&S and Quality standards and procedures. **Duties:** * To guide and assist the technicians in attending to service problems in any area which includes maintenance, repair, rebuilding, etc. * To attend to any complicated service problem and teach the Technicians the technical aspects of the problem for future reference. * Directs repair and maintenance of existing HVAC equipment including air handlers, chilling and heating systems, air quality equipment. * Builds and manages long term relationships with customers. Focal point of contact for customer’s facility manager. Build partnering relationships with end\-users. Determine and address customer expectations, needs and problems. * Leads, diagnosis and repairs systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding on time and material requirements. Seek clarification and technical support where needed and escalates issues as appropriate. * Under general supervision, install, starts up and commissions systems in line with defined regulations, standards and processes. * Understands and analyze relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc. * Keeps customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement and promotes sale of change order and/or additional labor \& material work (L\&M). * Assist and enhance service delivery through best practice and the effective use of site systems and equipment. * To generate the necessary reports and other schedules for the day\-today and monthly activities. **Requirements:** * Required to have experience on maintenance of Chillers (air\-cooled and water cooled), Central Splits and Package Units. * 5\-7 yrs of experience as a Team Leader * Bachelor’s in engineering.
