**Job Title:** IT Project Management Lead **Purpose:** Lead, oversee, and ensure successful delivery of single or multiple IT projects within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints, delivering business value while managing dynamic changes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Planning \& Execution:** Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets; assign tasks; monitor progress; manage dependencies and critical paths. * **Leadership \& Team Management:** Motivate and direct project teams, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives. * **Communication \& Reporting:** Implement project communication plans, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation. * **Risk \& Change Management:** Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, manage scope changes, and devise contingency plans. * **Acquisition \& Deployment:** Estimate resources, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments for staffing or resources. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI\-ACP). * 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role; banking experience preferred, including core banking (BANCS) and EFTS projects. * Experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects, including transformations from Waterfall to Agile. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle shifting priorities, and motivate teams. * Proficient in project management software and familiar with risk, issue, and stakeholder management. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Projects completed on time and within budget. * Effective stakeholder communication and risk identification. * Minimized deviations between estimated vs. actual costs and schedules.
