





**Job Purpose:** Lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery of single or multiple IT projects, including Risk/Compliance, Audit, HR, and Finance software implementations, within scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, while managing dynamic changes to deliver business value. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Planning \& Execution:** End\-to\-end setup, implementation, and management of IT projects; develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets; manage dependencies and critical paths. * **Leadership \& Team Management:** Lead and motivate project teams, assign duties, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment with business objectives. * **Communication \& Reporting:** Implement communication plans, monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and maintain project documentation. * **Risk \& Change Management:** Perform risk assessments, implement mitigation plans, and manage changes in project scope. * **Acquisition \& Resource Management:** Estimate resources, draft budgets, negotiate with departments for personnel, and ensure adequate staffing. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI\-ACP). * 7–10 years of direct experience in HR and Finance transformation project management, including SAP HRMS or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred. * Experience managing technical and business projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including Waterfall\-to\-Agile transformations. **Skills \& Competencies:** * Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, handle shifting priorities, and motivate teams. * Analytical, problem\-solving, and flexible during changes. * Proficient in project management software. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Projects completed on time and within budget. * Effective communication with stakeholders and proper risk/issue identification. * Minimal deviation between estimated and actual costs and schedules.
