As a Quantity Surveyor (Civil \& MEP), you will be responsible for performing accurate quantity take\-offs, cost estimation, and budget tracking for high\-rise construction projects. You will work closely with the engineering, procurement, and project control teams to ensure cost efficiency and transparency across all phases of construction. **Key Responsibilities:** Prepare accurate quantity take\-offs for Civil and MEP disciplines. Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from IFC/shop drawings. Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and value engineering proposals. Evaluate and validate subcontractor quotations and variation claims. Track material usage and cost\-to\-complete forecasts. Prepare interim payment applications, valuations, and final accounts. Ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors. **Candidate Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 5 \-8 years of experience in GCC, specifically on high\-rise buildings. Strong knowledge in both Civil and MEP systems. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, CostX / Bluebeam / Planswift, and MS Excel. Familiarity with contract forms (e.g., FIDIC) and project controls. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
