Type: Full\-Time Location: Bahrain, Sakhir Qualification and Skills Required: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent from a reputable university * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related field, preferably manufacturing * Proficient in written and spoken Arabic and English * Conversant with Microsoft Office tools and systems used by RFI * Willing to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods * Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with a structured, detail\-focused approach * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets (e.g., BOMs and SKUs) Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to: * Prepare detailed product specifications based on first production samples, ensuring accuracy and completeness of technical data * Create and maintain part numbers, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production routings in NetSuite under senior guidance * Ensure alignment of product specifications and BOMs with physical products and manufacturing processes * Perform basic data validation in ERP, ensuring BOM costs are accurate and current * Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and update product documentation * Launch MO and SO for external sample shipments Contact us: Email us: jobs.rfi@racingforce.com Job Type: Full\-time Pay: From BD400\.000 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Manufacturing : 2 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) * English (Required) Location: * Manama (Preferred)
