





**Key Responsibilities** * Assist in conducting detailed quantity measurements and preparation of BOQs for Civil and MEP works. * Support the preparation of cost estimates, project budgets, and tender documentation. * Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance. * Track site progress, material consumption, and assist in preparing cost tracking reports. * Contribute to the preparation of interim valuations, payment certificates, and final account closures. * Ensure that all work complies with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. * Maintain organized records of contracts, variations, and correspondence. * Coordinate with senior QS, planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 2\- 3 years of professional experience (preferably within the GCC). * Exposure to Civil and MEP cost management practices is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of software such as CostX, Plan swift, or Bluebeam is an advantage. * Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines. * Fresh graduates with solid academic performance are also encouraged to apply.
