**Key Responsibilities:** \-Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model\-Driven). \-Build and configure Power App and Pages for secure, responsive external\-facing portals. \-Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data\-driven decision\-making. \-Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and third\-party systems. \-Automate workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes. \-Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and quality assurance to deliver scalable solutions. \-Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance standards. \-Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. **Required Qualifications:** \-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. \-Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development. \-Strong hands\-on experience with: \-Power Apps (Canvas \& Model\-Driven) \-Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) \-Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modelling) \-Dynamics 365 \-Power Automate (cloud flows, approvals) \-Experience with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and REST APIs. \-Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform. \-Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills. \-Documentation (JIRA, Confluence) **Preferred Skills:** \-Microsoft Power Platform certifications. \-Experience in the banking or financial services sector. \-Knowledge of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
