We are seeking a **Senior Consultant – Accounting** to join our team. This role requires strong expertise in **Internal Audit and MIS Reporting**, with a focus on ensuring compliance and delivering meaningful insights to clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and execute internal audit engagements for clients, ensuring compliance with audit standards and regulatory requirements. * Develop detailed audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and perform audit procedures efficiently. * Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and management information systems (MIS). * Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Prepare comprehensive audit reports and present findings to senior management and clients. * Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive service delivery. **Requirements:** * CA Inter qualification; additional relevant professional certifications will be an advantage. * Minimum of **3\+ years of relevant experience** in accounting, internal audit, or related areas. * Strong understanding of audit methodologies, internal controls, and MIS reporting. * Ability to independently manage audit engagements and deliver high\-quality outcomes. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with strong attention to detail. * Effective verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client and stakeholder interactions.
