* Welcome all guests with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude * Manage and coordinate all reservations, walk\-ins, waitlists, and table allocations using the restaurant’s reservation system (e.g. EatApp) * Maintain the entrance area and host stand, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and presentation at all times * Communicate clearly with the service team to ensure seamless guest seating and table turnover * Handle VIP bookings, birthday reservations, and special guest requests with attention to detail * Provide accurate wait times and offer appropriate seating alternatives when needed * Track guest preferences and repeat visitors to support personalized service * Support the flow of service during peak times and assist in guest recovery situations if required * Maintain excellent grooming and brand\-aligned presentation at all times * Uphold service standards and follow all hospitality and safety protocols Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD250\.000 \- BD300\.000 per month
