Summary: Supports sales operations by managing customer databases, preparing reports, handling inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between sales, customers, and other departments. Providing product information to customers and supporting the sales team in making informed sales decisions. Sales Tools and Resources: Maintaining and updating CRM systems and other sales tools. Generating reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts. Customer Relationship Management: Managing relationships with existing customers to help drive repeat business and customer loyalty.
