





**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage civil, structural, and architectural works for building projects. * Ensure execution aligns with **approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.** * Coordinate with **consultants, contractors, and suppliers** to ensure smooth progress. * Oversee **MEP coordination, structural works, and finishing** for high\-rise buildings. * Review and approve **shop drawings, technical submittals,** and material samples. * Monitor **project schedules, budgets, and quality performance,** identifying risks and corrective measures. * Conduct **regular site inspections** to ensure compliance with **QA/QC** and **HSE** standards. * Lead project reporting through **progress updates, milestone tracking, and issue resolution.** * Provide technical support and mentorship to **junior engineers and site teams.** * Represent the company in **client and consultant meetings,** ensuring professional communication and problem\-solving. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or equivalent. * **8–12 years** of experience in the construction industry, including **5\+ years in GCC high\-rise or large\-scale projects.** * Strong understanding of **construction methodologies, structural systems, and finishing works.** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project).** * Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. * Solid knowledge of **QA/QC procedures, local authority regulations,** and **HSE** standards. * GCC experience and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
