**Sales Executive for Pallet and Wood Industrial Solutions** We are looking for a **Sales Executive** to drive sales of our high\-quality pallet and wood packaging solutions. In this role, you'll engage with businesses across industries such as logistics, manufacturing, and retail to provide tailored wood\-based solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Lead Generation \& Sales:** Identify and target potential clients in industries like logistics, manufacturing, and retail that need pallet and wood packaging. Achieve or exceed sales targets. * **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long\-term relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. * **Product Presentations \& Demonstrations:** Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of our pallet and wood solutions to potential clients, customizing presentations to their specific needs. * **Order Fulfillment \& Coordination:** Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and quality control. * **Market Intelligence:** Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to adapt sales strategies and maintain competitiveness. * **Customer Support \& Problem Solving:** Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution to maintain strong customer relationships. * **Sales Reporting:** Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and market insights to management. * **Contract Negotiation:** Lead contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and customers. **Skills \& Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree * the candidate are currently in Bahrain * Minimum 3Yrs Experience in pallet companies or related industrial sectors. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
