**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic Group Human Resource Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving the human capital strategy of a diversified holding company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with the overall business objectives, fostering a high\-performance culture, and supporting organizational transformation.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Develop and execute the Groups HR strategy in line with the overall business objectives.
* Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across the organization.
* Develop and implement performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.
* Lead organizational development initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and employee engagement.
* Build a strong employer brand and enhance employee experience.
* Provide HR advisory services to subsidiaries and business units.
* Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
* Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
* Lead the implementaion of HR Modules on an ERP Sytem (Odoo).
* Manage all the regulatory requirements required by Bahraini authorities including
* LMRA and the Bahraini Labor Law.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies.
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Bahrain.
* Experience in organizational development and change management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
* Experience in working on an ERP Sytem HR Modules or HRIS.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**
**General**
* Lead and supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported.

* Oversee VAT, payroll, and other statutory filings.

**Qualifications**

### **Responsibilities:**
**Role:**
* Implementing and consistently monitoring the Health \& Safety policies including the daily operational procedures.
* Lead, direct, and take the necessary decisions ensuring the best business practices; he will ensure to be aligned with the standards of operations.
