





**About Company \& Role Purpose** The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization’s HR functions, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace that supports employee engagement and success. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES** **General** * Lead and supervise daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation). * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reported. * Handle external audits, financial controls, and compliance matters. * Oversee VAT, payroll, and other statutory filings. * Create financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses. * Build internal systems and SOPs to automate financial reporting. * Collaborate with management to advise on cost control and profitability. **BACKGROUND, QUALIFICATIONS \& EXPERIENCE** **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related area; relevant work experience may substitute. * Master’s degree in HR preferred. * Minimum of 8\-12 years of experience in HR. * Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus. **Skills** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Zoho People). * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Knowledge of HR strategies and practices, including labor laws and compliance. * Ability to foster a culture of diversity and teamwork. * High level of ethics and professionalism in HR practices. * Strong competence in organizational development.
