We are seeking a qualified Maintenance Manager to join our team! Key Responsibilities: \- Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities across properties to ensure efficient execution of repairs and upkeep. \- Develop and implement a proactive preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment. \- Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance personnel, including masons, carpenters, and technicians, fostering a culture of excellence. \- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. \- Oversee the work order process, ensuring timely response to maintenance requests and effective resolution of issues. \- Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe working environment. \-Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels for efficient operations. \- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, budgets, and expenditures, providing regular updates to management.
