This role involves monitoring food production processes, conducting regular checks, and collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and compliance with food safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor all stages of food preparation to ensure quality standards are met. * Conduct visual, taste, and temperature checks on dishes before they are served. * Ensure adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols (e.g., HACCP). * Inspect raw materials for freshness and quality before use. * Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to improve food presentation and portioning. * Identify and report any deviations from quality standards or recipes. * Maintain records of quality checks, temperatures, and compliance reports. * Assist in training kitchen staff on quality control procedures. * Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items (FIFO system). * Collaborate with procurement to ensure ingredients meet quality requirements. **Qualifications and Skills:** * Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts, Food Technology, or related field. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in a culinary or food quality control role. * Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000\). * Excellent attention to detail and sensory evaluation skills. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. **Working Conditions:** * Standing for long periods in a kitchen environment. * Exposure to heat, steam, and kitchen equipment. * May involve weekend and evening shifts, depending on operational needs Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD180\.000 \- BD220\.000 per month
