





**Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing accurate quantity take\-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs). * Support in cost estimation, budgeting, and tender document preparation. * Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations under senior QS supervision. * Monitor material usage, site progress, and prepare cost and progress reports. * Support interim valuations, payment applications, and final account preparation. * Ensure all work aligns with project specifications, drawings, and standards. * Maintain organized records of BOQs, contracts, and correspondence. * Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and senior QS staff to support project delivery. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * 1–3 years of relevant experience (GCC experience preferred). * Proficient in **MS Excel, AutoCAD**, and familiar with **CostX/PlanSwift** is an advantage. * Strong analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
