





**Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the execution of **civil, structural, and architectural works** to ensure full compliance with design, specifications, and contract obligations. * Coordinate project activities between **consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers** to achieve timely and quality\-driven project delivery. * Oversee **structural works, MEP coordination, and finishing activities**, ensuring adherence to approved drawings and technical standards. * Review and approve **shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements**, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements. * Monitor **project schedules, manpower allocation, and material usage**, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions. * Conduct **regular site inspections** to verify quality, safety, and progress in alignment with **QA/QC** and **HSE** policies. * Prepare and present **progress reports, cost updates, and performance analyses** to management and stakeholders. * Provide **technical guidance and supervision** to site engineers and construction teams, fostering continuous improvement and accountability. * Participate in **coordination meetings** with clients, consultants, and project management teams to resolve technical or execution issues. * Promote a strong **safety and quality culture** across all project levels. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * **Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering** or equivalent qualification. * **8–12 years of relevant experience** in building construction, including at least **5 years in GCC high\-rise or large\-scale projects.** * Solid understanding of **structural systems, finishing works, MEP interfaces,** and construction methodologies. * Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning software** (Primavera P6 / MS Project). * Excellent **leadership, coordination, and communication skills** with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong knowledge of **QA/QC procedures, local authority regulations, and international building codes.** * Proven track record of **managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.** * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
