Looking for Quantity Surveyor Estimator for Asphalt division, Local hire, GCC experienced. **Main Responsibilities** 1\. Main responsibility is to Prepare materials \& Quantity take off for roadway projects including earthworks, Asphalt works, Road drainage, kerbs \& footways, Electricity works, Q\-tel works \& water works, Reinforced concrete box culvert (RCBC), Reinforced concrete pipe culvert (RCPC), pavement markings, traffic control devices and reinforced concrete slope protection. 2\. Prepares monthly valuation, Invoicing and progress report including forecasting of final costs. 3\. Receive \& open bids/Quotation in accordance to the company’s’ rules and regulation 4\. Prepares Design calculations including Reinforced culverts, super elevation \& profile grade. 5\. Review invoices submitted by subcontractors \& make sure that they are in accordance with the contract documents. 6\. Prepare bar bending schedule for bridges \& box culverts. 7\. Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations and preparation of bid synopsis. 8\. Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations. 9\. Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including reviewing and drafting of correspondence. 10\. Monitor all commercial information in relation to project including labor, material and sub\- contractor cost forecasting thus ensuring budgets adhered to.
