




We are seeking a **service-oriented and proactive Tenant Relations Officer** to act as the primary liaison between tenants and property management. This role is key to fostering a positive tenant experience by maintaining effective communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a harmonious living or working environment that promotes long-term tenant satisfaction and retention. **Key Responsibilities:** * Serve as the main point of contact for all tenant communications, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries and concerns. * Professionally manage and resolve tenant complaints and service issues with empathy and efficiency. * Support the onboarding process for new tenants, including orientation, move-in coordination, and documentation handling. * Assist with lease renewals, issuing notices, and disseminating important updates related to policies, maintenance, or community matters. * Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams to ensure tenant requests are fulfilled promptly and satisfactorily. * Monitor the condition of shared spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality; report any issues requiring attention. * Maintain comprehensive records of tenant interactions, service requests, and resolution timelines. * Facilitate community engagement activities and tenant events to promote a positive and inclusive environment. * Collect and evaluate tenant feedback to help improve service delivery and tenant satisfaction. * Assist in enforcing property rules and regulations with a balanced, respectful approach. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or customer service. * Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software. * Capable of managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure. * Approachable, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional tenant service.
