We are looking for a **high\-performing Software Sales Executive** specializing in **ERP and HRM solutions** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the **Bahrain and Saudi Arabian markets**, proven experience in software solution sales, and a passion for driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ERP and HRM software sales targets across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. * Identify and approach potential clients, build strong business relationships, and manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. * Conduct product presentations and demonstrations in collaboration with technical and pre\-sales teams. * Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts. * Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities through the company CRM. * Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and customer needs. * Work closely with management and marketing teams to develop sales campaigns and promotional activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** in **software solution sales**, preferably in **ERP and HRM systems**. * Strong network and understanding of **Bahrain and Saudi markets**. * Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Fluent in **English**; **Arabic** is an advantage. * Valid **GCC driving license** and willingness to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. **What We Offer** * **Attractive basic salary \+ performance\-based incentives** * **Company car and fuel allowance** * **Career growth and advancement opportunities** within a fast\-expanding organization * **Comprehensive training and support** to enhance product and market knowledge * Dynamic, innovative, and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full\-time Pay: BD400\.000 \- BD600\.000 per month
