Ensure high quality and consistency of baked goods. Train and supervise bakery staff. Order and maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies. Monitor equipment and maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions and preferences. Collaborate with team t to plan and promote bakery offerings.
