





We're looking for a **friendly and organized Receptionist** to be the welcoming face of our salon, spa, and health club. You'll be key to creating a great atmosphere for our clients and ensuring smooth daily operations. What You'll Do: * Warmly greet clients and create a welcoming environment. * Manage appointments (booking, rescheduling, canceling) using our system. * Answer phones professionally, assisting with inquiries, services, pricing, and specials. * Keep the reception area tidy and ensure promotional materials are current. * Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately. * Help clients with product selection and promote retail items/services. * Work with staff to ensure a seamless client experience. * Discreetly manage client records and confidential information. * Handle client complaints professionally, escalating when needed. * Support cleanliness in reception and waiting areas. What We're Looking For: * High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/customer service certification is a plus. * Prior reception or customer service experience, ideally in a salon, spa, or fitness setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; booking software experience preferred. * Excellent communication (verbal and written) and strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends. * A passion for health, wellness, beauty, and customer service.
