**Position: Civil Engineer / Facility Manager** **Job Summary** We are looking for a dedicated Civil Engineer / Facility Manager to oversee the civil engineering aspects of our properties while managing overall facility operations. **Key Responsibilities** * **Civil Engineering Duties:** * Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of property structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. * Oversee all aspects of construction, renovation, and repair projects, ensuring high\-quality execution and adherence to specifications. * Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to address civil engineering challenges and ensure optimal property performance. * **Facility Management Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies focused on preserving the quality and functionality of buildings and grounds. * Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance, addressing any damages promptly to uphold property standards. * Monitor facility performance and conditions, managing budgets and reporting on necessary improvements. * **General Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all properties. * Maintain detailed records of engineering assessments, maintenance activities, and property conditions. * Communicate effectively with tenants, promptly addressing concerns and providing solutions related to property maintenance. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering and facility management. * Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance best practices.
