Ensure compliance with project specifications and company policies **Key Responsibilities** * Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to determine procurement needs * Prepare and issue RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to suppliers and subcontractors * Evaluate quotations technically and commercially to ensure best value * Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors * Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company procedures * Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials * Track orders and resolve supply chain issues or delays * Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards * Maintain supplier database and develop new vendor relationships * Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of construction materials * Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and legal requirements * Coordinate with QA/QC and site teams for material approvals and inspections * Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, and savings analysis **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * Minimum 5\-8 years of experience in procurement within building construction projects * Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and specifications * Experience in handling subcontractor packages and material procurement * Familiarity with contracts, commercial terms, and negotiation practices * Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
