The Pizza Chef will be responsible for crafting and presenting exceptional pizzas with creativity and precision, ensuring they meet the high standards of Royal Saray Resort. This role requires extensive experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality, with proven expertise in delivering authentic, high\-quality pizzas that enhance the overall guest dining experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and premium toppings in line with fine dining standards. * Operate and maintain pizza ovens (wood\-fired, stone\-baked, or specialty ovens) to ensure consistency and quality. * Ensure pizzas are executed with precise taste, texture, and presentation suitable for a luxury dining environment. * Maintain accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and practice strict portion control. * Follow HACCP and food safety regulations, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. * Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonal pizza menus tailored to a fine dining setting. * Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required, sharing best practices in pizza preparation. * Perform mise\-en\-place and ensure readiness for service at all times. * Undertake additional duties as directed by Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Executive Chef. **Requirements \& Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a **luxury fine dining restaurant or 5\-star hotel** (mandatory). * Expertise in dough fermentation, artisan toppings, and high\-heat cooking methods. * Strong knowledge of both traditional Italian and modern gourmet pizza styles. * Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless dining experiences. * Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast\-paced fine dining environment. * Creative, innovative, and passionate about culinary excellence. * Team\-oriented with strong communication skills. * Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required. **What We Offer** * Attractive salary package. * Accommodation and transportation provided. * Duty meals. * Medical insurance coverage. * Opportunities for career development within Royal Saray Resort’s luxury culinary team.
