This is a full\-time, on\-site role where you'll be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our user interfaces, from research and design to implementation and optimization. If you're a hands\-on designer and developer with a deep understanding of user\-centered design principles and a desire to build intuitive and engaging digital experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** * **User Research \& Design:** Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity mockups for web and AI\-based applications. * **UI/UX Best Practices:** Apply best practices in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility. * **Creative Design System Management:** Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. * **Motion Design:** Experience with the creation of 2D and 3D rendering or animation. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including product managers, backend developers, and other designers, to define features, limitations, and key evaluation metrics. * **Frontend Development:** Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive, and high\-performance frontend code using modern web technologies. * **Innovation \& Trends:** Stay current with the latest advancements in UI/UX design trends, frontend development frameworks (e.g.,**React, Angular, Vue.js**), and tools, bringing new ideas and technologies to the team. **Required Qualifications** * **Design Fundamentals:** Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles, user\-centered design methodologies, and visual design. * **Prototyping Tools:** Proven experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer or Adobe XD. * **Responsive Design:** Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces. * **Problem\-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to translate complex user needs into practical design and development solutions. * **Technical Skills:** Strong programming skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience with modern frontend frameworks like **React**, **Angular**, or **Vue.js**. **Experience** * **Version Control:** Familiarity with **Git** and version control practices for collaborative development. * **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design and frontend development work. * **Frameworks:** Experience with component libraries and design systems. **What We Offer** * A competitive salary and benefits package. * The opportunity to work on challenging and impactful user experience projects. * A collaborative and innovative work environment. * Support for continuous learning and professional growth.
