Role Overview We are seeking an experienced **Data Solutions Architect** to design, implement, and optimize enterprise data systems. The successful candidate will lead architecture initiatives, ensure scalability and compliance, and collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver innovative data\-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities * **Data architecture design**: Develop scalable and secure data architectures for enterprise systems. * **Integration strategy**: Oversee integration of databases, cloud platforms, and analytics tools. * **Governance \& compliance**: Ensure adherence to data governance frameworks and regulatory standards. * **Performance optimization**: Monitor and enhance system efficiency and reliability. * **Innovation leadership**: Introduce emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and big data analytics. * **Collaboration**: Partner with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals. Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field. * 8–12 years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or enterprise IT. * Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark). * Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. * Proven track record in designing enterprise\-scale data solutions. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with Bahrain’s IT and compliance landscape is an advantage.
