





**Housekeeping and Hygiene Duties** * Clean and maintain all office areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. * Clean and sanitize restrooms, pantry, and common areas. * Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal. * Wipe and polish office furniture, glass partitions, doors, and equipment. * Maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure utensils, appliances, and supplies are properly cleaned and arranged. * Support in arranging meeting rooms before and after use, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. B. Office Assistance and Support Duties * Prepare and serve beverages for meetings and staff as required. * Assist in the setup and arrangement of meeting rooms and training areas, ensuring all materials and facilities are ready. * Support in the distribution of internal mail, correspondence, or documents between departments * Assist with minor duties or support tasks within the office premises as instructed by the * Perform any additional office support duties as may be reasonably required.
