





About the Role The candidate will lead the creative vision and visual direction of campaigns, branding, and design projects. This role combines strong conceptual thinking with hands\-on execution, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with brand identity, meeting business objectives, and inspiring audiences. What We Need From You* Develop and oversee the visual identity of campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. * Lead the creative process from concept to execution across digital, print, social, video, and experiential media. * Collaborate closely with Designers, Videographers, and Marcom teams to deliver integrated campaigns. * Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and mentorship to creative team members. * Translate briefs into compelling visual concepts and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. * Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and competitor activities to bring fresh ideas to projects. * Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines. * Present creative ideas and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with confidence. Qualifications and Experience* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related field. * Proven 3 years and above of experience in a design or art direction role within an agency or in\-house creative team * Experience managing and mentoring creative teams. Skills and Knowledge* Strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work across multiple channels. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus). * Excellent eye for detail, typography, color, and layout. * Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to balance creative excellence with strategic thinking and business objectives.
