**Job Title:** Compounding Pharmacist **Location:** Tulsi Compounding Pharmacy Office. 11, Building. 113B, Block. 228, Road. 105 Al Sayah, Al Muharraq, Kingdom of Bahrain. **Department:** Pharmacy Operations **Reports To:** Pharmacy Manager / Chief Pharmacist **Job Purpose:** The Compounding Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate preparation and formulation of customized medications in compliance with regulatory and professional standards. This role ensures patient safety, therapeutic efficacy, and full adherence to Bahrain’s **NHRA** regulations and international compounding guidelines including **USP 795**, **USP 797**, and **USP 800**.
