**Job description** * Oversee and manage all phases of high\-rise building construction projects, ensuring adherence to design intent, quality benchmarks, and contractual obligations. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of works. * Lead site operations for structural, MEP, and architectural activities, ensuring compliance with project drawings, specifications, and schedules. * Review and validate shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals in coordination with design and QA/QC departments. * Monitor project timelines, cost targets, and resource allocation to maintain efficiency and control. * Conduct detailed progress reviews, prepare technical reports, and recommend corrective actions for deviations or delay. * Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and health \& safety standards. * Enforce **HSE procedures** and foster a strong safety\-first culture across project teams. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure consistent execution quality. * Collaborate with procurement and planning departments to ensure timely material delivery and subcontractor coordination. * Maintain and update project documentation including RFIs, NCRs, progress reports, variation claims, and as\-built drawings. * Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders to present updates and resolve technical issues. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to **value engineering** initiatives for cost and time optimization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Civil Engineering** or a related discipline. * **10–15 years** of total construction experience, with a proven track record in **high\-rise or large\-scale building projects**. * In\-depth knowledge of **structural systems, MEP coordination, finishing works**, and project sequencing. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Office**, and planning tools like **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**. * Strong understanding of **QA/QC standards**, local authority requirements, and international building codes. * Excellent **leadership, coordination, and communication** skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Proven ability to handle pressure, resolve site challenges, and deliver within deadlines. * **GCC experience** and a **valid driving license** are highly preferred.
