Experience with project management and IT rollouts. Hands\-on experience in hardware. Hands\-on troubleshooting and technical support experience. Experience in network troubleshooting. Experience in managing \& maintaining Network Servers, Switches, and NAS. Experience in DHCP and DNS servers. Experience in Active Directory and Domain Network. Experience in IP\-based and analogue phones. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
