





**Key Responsibilities** * Assist in performing quantity take\-offs and basic measurements for Civil, Structural, and MEP works using drawings and specifications. * Support the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) under the guidance of senior Quantity Surveyors. * Contribute to developing preliminary cost estimates and tender documents. * Collect and review quotations from suppliers/subcontractors and assist in preparing comparison sheets. * Monitor and record material usage and site costs, reporting any variances to the team. * Help in preparing interim payment applications and progress reports. * Maintain organized project documentation, including BOQs, invoices, and correspondence. * Ensure compliance with project requirements, company standards, and procedures. * Provide assistance in preparing cost reports and simple financial forecasts. * Coordinate with site, planning, and procurement teams for accurate cost tracking. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. * 2\- 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role (internship or GCC exposure preferred). * Basic knowledge of Civil and MEP works measurement. * Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with AutoCAD and cost software (CostX, PlanSwift, or similar) is an advantage. * Understanding of BOQs, tendering, and contract basics. * Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Eagerness to learn, with the ability to adapt and support senior QS staff.
