**Position Overview** We are looking for a **Technical Business Analyst** to join our team in **Bahrain**. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical development team—helping define requirements, design workflows, and ensure successful solution delivery. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. * Translate business objectives into clear technical specifications and user stories. * Work with development, QA, and DevOps teams to align deliverables with business goals. * Prepare process maps, functional specifications, and data flow documentation. * Support testing and UAT activities to validate that requirements are met. * Assist in sprint planning, backlog management, and continuous improvement initiatives. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum 1\-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or web\-based projects. * Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and system integrations. * Hands\-on experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). * Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. **Only Bahraini nationals are eligible to apply.** **Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken \& written)** Job Type: Full\-time
