To that end, the school nurse must facilitate positive student responses to normal development, promote health and safety, intervene with actual and potential health problems, provide case management services, and actively collaborate with others to build student and family capacity for adaptation, self\\-management, self\\-advocacy and learning.\n\nThe Head of the BSB Medical Team is responsible for coordinating the daily running of all units, ensuring appropriate staffing, supplies, and equipment are available. Manage the orientation of new nurses; liaise between ministries and the team; involved in policy and organising of health education topics within the unit; and oversee accident reports and nurses' documentation. The Head of the BSB Medical Team is also responsible for organising whole school health screening procedures.\n\n**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**\n\n**1\\.
