Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, and peripherals. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and applications. Perform upgrades, maintenance, and preventive checks. Troubleshoot hardware/software/network-related issues. Provide technical support to customers in person and remotely.
