Guests can enjoy a variety of water sports activities, the resort’s five pools, and book treatments at Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa. **About the Job** An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ***Assistant Guest Relations Manager*** to join ***Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain*** The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: * Present a professional and welcoming demeanor to arriving customers, efficiently allocate and seat guests, and ensure a full understanding of the sequence of service standards. * Manage customer complaints and feedback calmly and professionally, gather all relevant information, and communicate issues to management. * Manage the booking system to optimize reservations, maximize covers, and ensure efficient operation of the restaurant. * Have comprehensive knowledge of all products, confidently describe them to customers, and take orders accurately by asking relevant questions. * Handle function bookings, liaise with Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams and clients to ensure seamless and well\-planned events. * Understand and comply with local licensing laws, promote responsible alcohol service, and make simple decisions to positively impact work and customer experience. **About You** The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any other relevant field. * 3\-5 years of experience in a luxury Hotel. * Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate \| Advanced) * Leadership and team management skills **About the Benefits** At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
