We’re now seeking an experienced **Senior Property Advisor** with strong market knowledge and proven success in sales and client management to join our expanding team and play a key role in our next phase of growth. **Role Overview** As a Senior Property Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, driving property sales and leasing activities, and maintaining high professional standards that reflect the House 2 Home brand. You’ll work closely with the management team to enhance lead conversion, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the company’s overall performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle property listings, client inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. * Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors. * Provide expert advice on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities. * Achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets. * Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance property exposure and lead quality. * Ensure all client data, listings, and transactions are accurately managed in the CRM. * Act as a role model for junior agents, contributing to a positive and performance\-driven culture. **Requirements** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Bahrain’s real estate market. * Strong track record in achieving sales or leasing targets. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Deep understanding of the Bahrain property market and client needs. * Proficiency with CRM systems and property portals (Property Finder, Weetas, etc.). * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). * Valid Bahrain driving license and RERA certification preferred. **What We Offer** * Competitive commission structure with performance\-based incentives. * Supportive and professional work environment. * Direct collaboration with the company founder. * Marketing and admin support to help maximize your productivity. * Growth opportunities within a fast\-growing, ambitious real estate brand.
