and\n* As and when required, act as the key liaison between the Credit Risk Management, Group Finance, Group Ops, and Wholesale Banking reporting teams and Group Credit;\n\n \n\n**Effective Portfolio Review \\& Credit Support:*** Manage Group Credit Monitoring \\& Portfolio Forums, and any other ad\\-hoc meetings, forums and committees (including key activities such as: agenda, action points \\& minutes);\n* Assist with country limits adjustments and updates;\n* Timely and accurate generation of portfolio dashboards and relevant reporting;\n* Assist with the design of Power\\-BI portfolio dashboards and risk reporting;\n* Assist with implementation \\& update of credit \\& risk PSPs and communication to the units;\n* Escalation and follow\\-up of past due payments and any other account irregularities;\n* Assist with management of service subscriptions, such as Rating Agencies contract;\n* Assist with Audit, GAQR, RCSA, OP Risk, IFRS 9, Group Credit, IFRS 9 requirements, reports \\& issues, ensuring timely submission \\& closure; About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and results\-driven **Immigration Consultants** with **telesales experience** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through immigration processes, provide expert advice, and promote our services. You will primarily handle inquiries over phone calls, build relationships, and convert leads into successful clients. Key Responsibilities * **Client Consultation:** Understand client requirements, provide tailored immigration advice, and offer solutions based on their eligibility and needs. * **Telesales:** Engage with potential clients through outbound and inbound calls, effectively communicate services, and convert inquiries into confirmed cases. * **Process Guidance:** Assist clients in preparing, completing, and submitting immigration applications and supporting documents. * **Documentation Support:** Ensure all client documentation complies with legal and organizational requirements. * **Follow\-ups:** Maintain regular follow\-ups with potential leads to ensure conversion and maintain a high closing rate. * **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. * **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on immigration laws, visa processes, and policies to provide accurate guidance. **Required Skills and Qualifications** * **Experience:** 0–2 years in immigration consulting or telesales. Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory). * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. * **Sales Acumen:** Persuasive, with a proven ability to close sales or generate leads. * **Customer Focus:** A passion for helping clients achieve their goals with professionalism and empathy. * **Problem\-Solving:** Strong analytical and decision\-making skills to address client concerns effectively. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive work environment.
