Job Description We are seeking an **Operations Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, process planning, and leadership in dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities * **Operations supervision**: Coordinate daily activities and ensure process efficiency. * **Team management**: Lead and motivate operational staff. * **Resource planning**: Organize schedules and allocate resources effectively. * **Regulatory compliance**: Ensure alignment with local and international regulations. * **Process optimization**: Implement continuous improvements to increase productivity. * **Safety management**: Supervise safety protocols and risk prevention. * **Operational reporting**: Prepare periodic reports on performance and results. Requirements * Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in operations supervision. * Knowledge of process management, logistics, and quality control. * Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Experience in industrial service companies is a plus.
