Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Animator to join their dynamic and collaborative advertising and creative agency. In this results\-oriented role, you'll play a pivotal role in translating client objectives into compelling visual narratives through animation. You'll collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure brand alignment and seamless execution across all projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Conceptualize \& Design:** Develop innovative and engaging animation concepts for a diverse range of projects, including advertisements, explainer videos, social media content, and more. * **Brand Alignment:** Meticulously ensure all animation elements meticulously adhere to client brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across platforms and campaigns. * **Collaboration:** Foster close collaboration with the creative team to effectively grasp project requirements, refine storyboard concepts, and develop impactful animation treatments. * **Communication \& Efficiency:** Utilize storyboards, animatics, and clear visual references to effectively communicate animation ideas and maintain project momentum by managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency. * **Staying Ahead of the Curve:** Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, embracing the latest design tools and technologies to elevate the agency's creative capabilities and maintain a competitive edge. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field (preferred). * Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in animation. * Proficiency in industry\-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D). * In\-depth understanding of animation principles, timing, motion dynamics, and character animation. * Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives. * A collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly. * Experience with video editing and compositing a plus. (Knowledge of 3D animation, motion graphics, and special effects is desirable but not required.) * Strong English literacy skills.
